Latest Project

The client requires a comprehensive restoration of The Jing site, beginning with improving the sandy soil through increased organic matter and the reactivation of beneficial microorganisms, as well as developing a water-harvesting system capable of slowing runoff, enhancing infiltration, and maintaining soil moisture throughout the year. In addition to creating a cooler microclimate protected from heat and coastal winds, the client seeks to transition the land from a former chemically managed mango plantation into a regenerative agricultural system based on permaculture or syntropic farming. This requires a functional and aesthetically pleasing landscape design, the selection of coastal-tolerant yet productive plant species, and a realistic phased development plan. All of these needs must be supported by a long-term maintenance system that is efficient, adaptive, and easy to implement.
