I am committed to the development of communities that will be ecologically, socioeconomically, and culturally sustainable.
I have worked with over 25 communities in 4 continents building biodiversity, ecological infrastructure, and energy and food independence. My areas of expertise are: civil & environmental engineering, water management planning, permaculture & ecovillage design, natural building, and ecological footprint measuring for small communities.
I currently provide multi-disciplinary engineering services to the rural communities of southwest Oregon (since 2018). I began the Ecovillage Library Podcast in 2018 and Biblioteca Ecoaldeana Podcast (in Spanish) in 2020 with the mission to facilitate the realization of sustainable communities and empowered individuals.
I have a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University, along with certifications in engineering, ecovillage and permaculture design.
